The International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and the University of Illinois Cooperative States Research, Education, and Extension Service (ICSREES) are offering a one stop service with connections
(links) to electronic information at universities, extension services, and other institutions throughout the world that provide up-to-date research based plant health care information.

- The National Arborist Association (NAA) is a trade association of commercial
tree care firms. The association develops safety and educational programs, standards of tree care practice, and management information for arboriculture firms around the world.
- The National Tree Trust (NTT) was established as part of the "America
the Beautiful Act of 1990" designated by President George Bush.
Congress endowed the NTT, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, with a
one-time-only grant. The NTT mobilizes volunteer groups, promotes public
awareness, provides grants, and unites civic and corporate institutions in
support of local tree planting and education projects throughout the United
States.
To foster urban forestry policies and programs that will improve the
quality of life in Georgia cities and communities. This is accomplished
through a variety of offerings and opportunities, including Basic Tree Care
Workshops, Educational Quarterly Meetings, Publications such as TreeTalks and
