MISSION

Our mission is to provide funds for the school libraries that were affected by the April 27^th Tuscaloosa tornados to purchase “NEW” library quality books. 

OUR GOAL

Library style books cost approximately $15-20 each.  Our goal is to raise $150,000 in order to have funds for the libraries to purchase approximately 10,000 books.  We want contributors to know that their donations are for a specific need and at the same time they are facilitating the education of the young children that benefit from our foundations gifts.

Good readers build the skills, self-confidence, and comprehension necessary to succeed in a competitive world.

ReadBAMARead 10K                 and 1 Mile Fun Run:

Save the dates! On Friday, March 9th, the University of Alabama gymnastics team is hosting a "Tornado Relief Meet". Tuscaloosa Toyota has pledged to donate $200 to ReadBAMARead for every 9.8 and higher scored by our Bama gymnasts at all the meets leading up to the March 9th competition! Then on Saturday, March 10th, ReadBAMARead will host a10k & Fun Run, starting at the Coleman Coliseum. The path of the race will take the runners along the heart of some of the worst destruction, and the heart of our cause...Alberta
